White Truffle Oil

 I use grapeseed oil to mix with my White Alba Truffle tiquture. Grapeseed oil is mild and not a strong flavor like olive oil and has very high smoking temp (500 F). Grapeseed oil has no cholesterol and is high in vitamin E. Perfect for a salad dressing, add a little for a soup topping or anything you put cheese on. Most of my resturants use it for fries. My Truffle Oil is awesome on popcorn and eggs or anything you make at home. A little goes a long way. Very versatile.
