  • I use farms from Temecula and Vista, CA. for honey. I look for a wild flower, clove or wild sage. Pretty much a savory flavor honey goes best with my White Alba Truffle extract. Talk about an intense flavor of sweet and savory. Great on a charcuterie board or smother a pork loin with it. Truffle Honey stays around after being cooked and raw on cheese or bread is amazing. Have a great time with this product.
